Sustainability
We're clearing the air.
Every company leaves a footprint — ours included.
So we measure it, and pull it back out of the air — tonne by tonne.
Eliminated & captured. We're carbon neutral.

We changed how people find their ideal job. The same conviction guides our climate work — a carbon-free company, and a better place to live for everyone who finds work with us.
A clear path, audited every step.
Measured and offset our first footprint.
Certified carbon neutral.
Carbon-free operations.
Neutrality for everyone hired through LaPieza.
How we do it
Measured, offset, reduced — and independently audited.
We're certified by Carbon Neutral, who hold us to our word. To capture our footprint for real, we partner with two organizations across every emissions scope.
Direct-air-capture machines pull historic and unavoidable CO₂ straight from the atmosphere. We invest monthly and log every tonne — keeping our Scope 1 emissions at just 1–2 tCO₂e.
A global nonprofit that helps us passively capture our Scope 2 and 3 emissions — around 150 tCO₂e — funding verified projects across the Americas and beyond.
